ENCLUDE at the ISUFI Summer Excellence School
ENCLUDE's coordinator BinBin Pearce (TU Delft) participated as a guest speaker at the ISUFI Summer Excellence School on 12 July 2024. The summer school is financed by the Italian Ministry of University and Research and includes a program of teaching activities aimed at providing advanced knowledge about interdisciplinary research methodology and cross-fertilization of skills, to stimulate innovation on the social, economic and technological side. The audience is 70 excellent Italian and international bachelor and master's students from many different fields who are being trained in interdisciplinarity.
ISUFI, or the University Institute for High Interdisciplinary Education, is a center for innovative advanced academic education and research training, part of the University of Salento (Lecce, Italy). Inspired by the model of Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa, ISUFI selects young Italian and foreign talents, based on merit, and offers them excellent training to integrate and complement their ordinary academic studies. The mission is to guarantee, thanks to a unique experience of collegiality, an interdisciplinary and international pre- and post-graduate experience that prepares students to face the most ambitious challenges of the world of work.
