The Transdisciplinary Advisory Board of ENCLUDE comprises key scientific and policy experts in the climate dialogue and the broader context of climate change and policy, with a focus on behavioral changes and sustainable lifestyles. The group will advise the ENCLUDE Consortium on matters related to the implementation and development of the project activities, including the transparency and legitimacy of the methods applied as well as the robustness and dissemination of the results produced.
ENCLUDE's work is also supported by fifteen organizations including the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and underrepresented communities such as the Association of Rural Communities from the Reka region.

Prof. Doukas is an Associate Professor at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens in Energy Policy and Management. Prof. Doukas is currently Coordinator and Scientific Responsible in many Horizon 2020 projects relevant to ENCLUDE, such as POWERPOOR, which focuses on empowering energy-poor citizens through joint energy initiatives; SocialWatt, which focuses on promoting energy efficiency interventions toward the alleviation of energy poverty; PARIS REINFORCE, which aims at developing a novel, model-oriented assessment framework for effectively supporting the design and evaluation of climate policies globally, in respect to the objectives of the Paris Agreement.
Prof. Filatova is a Professor of Computational Economics at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management at TU Delft. Her research focuses on exploring how behavioural changes at micro level may lead to critical transitions (tipping points/regime shifts) on macro level in complex adaptive human-environment systems in application to climate change economics. She uses agent-based modelling (ABM) combined with social science methods of behavioral data collection on individual decisions and social networks. This research line has been distinguished by the NWO VENI and ERC Starting grants and the Early Career Excellence award of the International Environmental Modeling Society (iEMSs). She is also the Associate Editor of the Environmental Modelling & Software journal, and a regular Member of the Editorial Board since 2013.
Since May 2014, Stephanie Held holds the position of Chief of Sustainable Energy Section in the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe. Between 2013-2014, she was a Senior Programme Manager in the Finance and Private Sector in the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), heading IRENA's work on renewable energy finance, including off-grid activities, hybrid mini-grids and energy pricing in the MENA region. Between 2009-2012, She was a Senior Energy Analyst and then the Energy Technology Head Network Head in the International Energy Agency (IEA), heading the world's biggest network of collaborative activities in RD&D in renewable energy, end-use technologies, fossil fuels and fusion.
Dr. Mattijs Taanman is an STS and transition scholar and consultant with extensive experience at the intersection between sustainability (mostly energy), social science, innovation, and policy. His focus is on local challenges, innovative policy, energy markets, and digitization. He always uses theory, analysis, and explorations in an instrumental way with the question: “to which move should this lead?”. He embraces hypes, buzzes, and conflicts and then strips them to the core. He is currently a Researcher at GovernEUR, a valorization and constancy enterprise of the Social Science Faculty at Erasmus University. GovernEUR aims to strengthen the governance capacity and public impact of networks. He has participated in numerous research programs- either leading/co-leading/contribution-related to innovations, climate adaptation, infrastructures, sustainability, and digital transitions.
Elias Estermann is an Energy Consultant and Project Manager of several energy projects. He works also as an Energy City Consultant for Municipalities. He is an act-Energy Specialist and GEAK® Expert. Currently, he is Managing Director at OekoWatt AG. OekoWatt AG is in the industry of Architectural, Engineering, and Related Services.
